The last term of the school year is always a busy one. We are currently reading the story of The Lighthouse Keeper’s Lunch to tie in with our topic of water this term. The children are also learning about Grace Darling in history.

The children have been taking part in lots of floating and sinking experiments during science.

We’ve had our first visit to Appley for beach school, great fun was had by all. The children explored the beach, made sandcastles and enjoyed a yummy ice cream!

Continuing with our water theme our sports day race was a big success & great {wet!} fun.
