Seahorse Forest School

Friday, October 19th, 2018

Seahorse Class have been enjoying all the new equipment at Haylands Farm. There have been swinging, climbing, making music and using the tree house for role play. Geoff Mason, our Forest School Leader, has been teaching the children about the changing seasons. The children have been learning about what plants, insects and animal they can expect to see in the coming months. It has been wonderful to see all the children exploring the Forest and finding ways to interact and play with each other using their imagination.

In class we have also been discussing how we use different areas in school and their purpose. Using descriptions and symbols we explored our area and talked about what activities take part there.
