Our topic this term is Light and Dark. We visited the local library in town, to find books on the subject. We enjoyed checking the books out at the desk. We were lucky enough to see art by an artist called Vija Celmins and teenagers inspired by her work. It has been fun creating our own art work exploring ‘Light and Dark’. Some fantastic shadow art was produced.
Seahorse Class enjoyed learning how to play ‘Table Cricket’. An inclusive sport that can be enjoyed by children in our school. We look forward to sharing more of our news in the coming weeks.
