Turtle sensory fun

Tuesday, November 24th, 2020

Turtle class have been very busy enjoying lots of sensory activities. Our topic this half term is Light and celebration we have been making and exploring different coloured play-dough, using cutters and a variety of tools to make different shapes and fireworks.

We did some great mark making by using large chunky chalks to create our own firework pictures and copying different patterns. We explored and mixed different colours to make a variety of marks using our fingers and hands.

We had lots of fun making our own sensory night bags. We used glitter, gold stars, oil and water to fill our night bag. We loved exploring afterwards using our hand and fingers to push and squeeze the glitter and stars.

Lots of fun in Turtle class so far this term.
