The Medina House Way serves as a whole school charter for all stakeholders. All stakeholders had a voice in its creation to ensure that it captured our key values and examples of how these can be demonstrated at school.

Staff highlight and celebrate examples of pupils demonstrating these values and these are shared in real time with parents via the Arbor portal. At the end of each term, pupils with the highest number of ‘stars’ in each category are celebrated in our Christmas, Easter or Summer church services.
